Cholesterol in the body can cause many diseases. High cholesterol is not only with the experience of a person fat, but skinny people are not mean lower cholesterol. Here are some tips you can do to control your cholesterol:

Diet
Consumption of foods low in fat and cholesterol. Example by consuming milk without fat and reduce the consumption of meat. Choose foods with unsaturated fat than saturated fat. Oil used for Frying repeated can raise cholesterol levels, and then find you want to reduce the consumption of fried foods.

Consumption of fiber
Eat more foods with fiber such as wheat, beans, vegetables and fruits. The food can absorb cholesterol in the blood and expelled from the body.

Consumption of antioxidants
Antioxidants found in many fruits such as oranges, strawberries, papaya, carrots, or squash. Eat garlic regularly can lower cholesterol levels.

Avoid alcohol and smoking
To smoke or consume alcohol, can easily accumulate cholesterol in the bloodstream.

Sports
Exercise regularly according to age and ability. Keep your body weight remains ideal.
